Diagnsoed Musculoskeletal Chest Pain. Dizziness, Lighthead, Headache, Heartburn, Constipation. History Of Paraesthesia. Help

5 Weeks Ago I Slam My Index Finger Through The Door, I Had Blod Coming out my nail, brused blue bIood and I slit cut on the left side of my finger but never got medical attentin for it. Was Hospitalized For Paresthesias For Tingling In My Arm. Two Days Later I went Back To the hospital for small pain underneath my chest felt smothing shon straight up my arm and had numbness in my left lip and had cold sweats. They told me I had musculiskeletal chest pain. Later I been having crazy problems dizziness, light head, major headache, stress, sweating, heartburn, not pooping, not passing gas that much, Now no sweet taste in my mouth. I'm 22 years old old and I'm scared please help please.

Hi,
Well as far as I can tell the reason you're having heartburn and chest pain could be due to GERD (gastro-esophageal reflux disease), in this disease the acid from your stomach is entering the esophagus (food pipe) and that is what causes the burning sensation.
Another possiblity is that you might be suffering from gastritis.
To confirm the diagnosis the doctor will run a couple of tests for example
x ray of your esophagus
endoscopy
esophageal pH monitoring

So see a doctor and after running these tests he/she can tell you exactly what is wrong with you and treat you accordingly.
