Diagnosed with typhoid, different prescriptions of taxim-o and oflaxin. Which will aid speedy recovery?

MY SON AGED 26 YEARS caught by typhoid after three days fever , in blood report his s.typhi-(H)320+ and (o)320+ s.para A& B(H) NEGATIVE. Doctor firstly advised yesterday to take taxim -o 200 now another doctor told to take Oflaxin-200. which medicine will be better for immediate recovery and how many time may take after take either taxim or oflaxin and what will be food to be taken in fever arsed by typhoid. .

Both the medicines are good for typhoid infection.
Many doctors advise to take both the medicines together for 10 to 14 days to avoid resistance and induce better effect.
Take light home made food.
Avoid greasy,fried and non vegetarian food.
Take plenty of water along with fruits and fruit juices.
