Diagnosed With Right Renal Cyst , What Ate The Possible Treatments ?

i m female of 26 years.i was feeling pain on the right side of my back from last 3 days continuously. i can't stand n sit for more than 1 hr. doc done blood,urine tests n ultrasound also. they said that u have right renal cyst.here are the reports result.
serum urea is 20
serum creatinine is 0.8
glucose nil
protein nil
WBC nil
RBC 0-2
epithelial cells +/-
Right kidney.cyst measuring 2 x 0.8 cm in the inter polar region of right side of the kidney
Left kidney= normal
L/R ureters are not dilated
urinary bladdder= no stone or mass seen
they said there is no treatment for it.if no,then what should i do with this pain?

Hi. Exactly asked question. Indeed the cyst as diagnosed needs no treatment. Urine report is normal. The backache which is not allowing you to stand must have some other problem , may be spasm of muscles... Better to see Orthopedic Surgeon.
