Diagnosed With Reflux, Nauseous, No Hunger. Why Is It ?

I have been diagnosed with reflux in my early 20s. I am now 46 and the last few months have been nausious all the time. I am not very hungry and will have aversions to the food at times. I had a endoscopy last week and redness etc but nothing too out of ordinary. I had an ultrasound today and no stones in my gallbladder. I am having a hydascan Monday. I am so tired of this nausia!! Sorry for spelling mistakes! ;)

Take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole and a prokinetic agent like levosulpiride

Few more tips:
1.Avoid fatty meals
2. Don't lie down soon after meals for at least half hour
3.Take small and frequent meals, instead of full meals at a time
4. wear loose clothes
5. If you are overweight or obese do weight reduction with dieting and exercise
6. Avoid smoking if you are taking
7. Avoid carbonated drinks
