i am afraid to say that except for first line (feeling less anxious), none of the other statements is consistent with effective treatment on the face of it but with a rider, if these parameters on ABG and chest x-ray are improving from their previous values, then yes there is improvement. i hope you understand that we must look at the progression rather than these single values.
