Diagnosed With Motor Neurone Disease. Any Treatment Available?

sir pls help me out .its a case of my freinds mother .she has been diagnosed motor neurone disease .. bulbar (pseudobulbar palsy ) to rule out anterior horn cell involvement D/D bulbar myasthenia at medanta hospital dehli ...now docter are telling that its treatment is unavailable . is it so.?or if yes then pls show a way out?
