General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi dear, the problem with which you wife is suffering is a disorder in which we cant cure her problem but we can just help her by improving her quality of life.for that there are some things you are supposed to do,always keep her happy and counsell her.the affected limb should be kept elevated and cool, avoid cold baths they can be harmful.avoid change in temprature, exercise, exertion, alcohol, spicy food.when there are episodes of severe pain take some opioid like tramadol.a combination drug i.e.duolxetine and pregabaline can be helpful.
