Diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Not getting proper sleep. Feeling fever. Is it the symptoms of fever starting?

I am 17 years old, female, with recently diagnosed hypothyroidism . I didnt get a very good nights sleep last night so at 5pm this evening I fell asleep in bed and woke up at 8:30pm, feeling really hot and flushed, and feverish, took my temperature and its 36.6 celsius so not raised at all, in fact, lowered for me because my temp is usually 37. Do i have some sort of fever starting?

Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that your over all symptoms are functional in origin and no need to worry about this, your anxiety and depression may be the reason behind this, in my opinion try to keep the stress level low and moral value high, every thing would be alright, take care and have a nice day.
