Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in your back is likely to be a muscle pain may be due to a mild strain. The mild pain killers often are not much helpful. You need to do a hot fomentation and have oral muscle relaxants for relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
