Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia. Experiencing Dizziness, Nausea. What To Expect In Future?

My 43 year old daughter has reently been diagnosed with fibro. She was first diagnosed with Lupus but that was changed to Fibro. She says that running a constant fever is one of the symptoms, is that true. I have found nothing about it online. She has a 2 year old toddler and and a demanding job and struggles to do the everyday things that have to be done. this evening she came to pick up her daughter and said that she was experiencing dizzyness and nausea. After restinig for awhile she said she felt better but we took her home as she lives 40 miles away. Doc I really don't know what to expect for her future.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It is good to know that you are care taking father, let me tell you the fibromyalgia is functional in origin and having genetic constituent, the future is unremarkable long term counselling would be needed for a better result most of the time it go away it self, we have to wait for such thing to happen, take care of your daughter and have good day
