Diagnosed With Endometriosis And Cyst On Ovary. Pelvic Exam Showed Solid Mass On Ovary. Suggest?

Hi, I am 38 yrs old and was diagnosed with severe endometriosis when I was 33 and large cyst (~ 6cm) on my right ovary. I recently received a pelvic exam and was told that I have a smaller solid mass on the same ovary . Could this be malignant. My cycle was sept 13-16 and I now fell like I have anxiety and I am very weak. I sometimes feel nausea

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The mass could be an endometrioma.
Due to accumulation of the blood from endometrial tissue in the cyst, endometrioma can form.
But the exact nature of the mass can be identified by investigations only.
So you once go for MRI and estimation of CA 125 levels in blood, with your doctor's advice.
Then depending on the results further management can be planned.
For more details you can ask me directly through the premium forum.
Take care.
