Diagnosed With Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma, Benign Endocervical Tissue. Has It Spread To The Uterus?

I've been diagnosed with moderately differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma grade 2, benign endocervical tissue, high grade serous or clear cell adenocarcinoma not present. I meet with a surgeon next week. My greatest fear is that this has spread beyond the uterus. What are important questions to ask as I consult before surgery?

Carcinoma of the endometrium is mainly adenocarcinoma arising from the lining of the uterus and is an oestrogen-dependent tumour.
Endometrioid represents 75-80%
Main concern is at what stage is the tumour and prognosis depends on stage of tumour.
It is a good sign and first stage of tumour if it is confined to endometrium ,and within if the muscle layer of uterus is invaded or not,if yes whether its less than half or more of myometrium invaded.
then comes the invasion into the cervical stroma,as your biopsy reprt clearly reveals endocervical tissue is benign that means it has most likely not spread beyond uterus.Stage III has local or regional spread beyond the uterus.
you seem to be in stage 1 and prognosis is good for stage 1.
Total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy is required both as a primary treatment and for the purpose of staging.
