Diagnosed with bone tuberculosis. Wants to do weight lifting, light exercises. Can these be done?

Hi, good evening sir, I am suffering from BONE TUBERCULOSIS , may i do weight lifting exercise during this problem, if yes than how much i can do or not than which exercise i can do, now i m planing for gym and now i am thinking i have to go GYM and do light exercise,may i do this. thank you so much for your valuable time

Exercise in bone tuberculosis depends on the area of bone which is affected by the infection and the extent of healing that has taken place.. A clinical assessment is needed before allowing you for a weight bearing exercise.

i hope you had spine disc tuberculosis so site of problem is assumed to be spine . also i hope the major course of chemotherapy is over and you are otherwise symptomatically allright .so before hitting gymm get certain evaluations done
xray of affected area
get your creatine , vit d3 and vit b12 levels checked .
then under giudance of a trained sports physio you can start your gym in a sensible way to avoid getting sports injury .
be cautious and sensible . go slow but be persistant and avoiding sports injuries
