Diagnosed with abdominal hernia. Having a lot of pain, dizziness, movement in the abdomen. History of hysterectomy. Suggestions?

Hi- I was diagnosed with a direct abdominal hernia yesterday. I have a surgical consult wednesday. Today at work I was in a lot of pain. I left work early. The pain has lessened, but now I am very swollen in my abdomen , I m tired, dizzy, and it feels like a baby kicking. I have had a full hysterectomy . what is causing this feeling?
