Diagnosed With A Slight Murmur. When Bending It Really Burns. Suggestion

I am a 42 y/o Female. Small framed and weigh 105 pounds. I occasionally smoke a electronic cigarette, and I dont drink. I have no family history to base any medical info on (I was adopted). I take Fish oil and Vitamin D3. I currently take Crestor for high cholesterol (which is within normal range now) I also take one baby aspirin daily, and 1 mg Estradiol. I had a complete hyterectomy 9 years ago. I have been experiencing a stinging pain over my left breast and feels like it goes thru to my back, I have no shortness of breath, no other chest pain, no breathing difficulty, or nausea, etc. My cardiologist diagnosed me last year with a slight murmur . The Echo showed very small gap (MVP) and he wasn't overall concerned. I have been an EMT for 13 years, so I know the signs/symptoms to watch for, and know female cardiac symptoms are way different than w/men. My husband says i am just having anxiety issues, and it isnt anything to be concerned about. It burns clear through to my shoulder area for afew seconds, then goes away. I have no GERD issues, so thats ruled out. I also notice when i bend over to pick something up, it really burns more, but i stand upright, it subsides, Any answers would be greatly appreciated. I may just have to go back to my Cardiologist and have another echo done. It doesnt alarm me enough to consider it an emergency..but it is very uncomfortable when it "shoots" thru my chest.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since ,how many days ,you are using estradiol.
No doubt the slight murmur is due to anxiety.
The side effect of estradiol is BREAST DISCOMFORT,
Local skin irritation,
pruritus,.

You stated that there is burning sensation , you feel, that is due to estradiol i.e.skin irritation and itching.
Consult your gynaecologist and his opinion will matter.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Good luck.
