Diagnosed With PCOS, Infrequent Periods, Low Progesterone Level. Suggestions ?

hello-
i am 36 years old, diagnosed with pcos pretty sure because of weight gain but even before weight gain periods were always in frequent. anywez my period are missing now.. get them once or twice a year. progesterone level was .68!!! that low. i want to have another baby ( have two both with clomid). any suggestions?
