Since PCOS is a disorder of hormone balance, it needs a meticulous adjustment of hormones to induce regular ovulation. This cannot be done alone by you. You need to take the help of either an endocrinologist and/or an infertility expert. You should get the proper hormone supplements needed and also some priming before ovulation induction can be tried. Usually, the cycles are at first set in place by using a couple of courses of oral contraceptives, followed by induction of ovulation and timing of intercourse and follicular studies to establish ovulation. Hope this helps.
