Hi Cindy, Welcome to HCM.

Based on the limited information you have given it will be difficult to advise. Clinically if you are asymptomatic even though your EKG shows left bundle branch block (LBBB) then you are probably okay, however it won't hurt to get yourself examined particularly since you have a positive family history of heart disease.

However, if you are symptomatic and experiencing fainting episodes or even dizziness, and having decreased heart rate then I will advise you to consult your cardiologist immediately.

LBBB can be caused due to various reasons including long standing hypertension, coronary artery disease and acute myocardial infarction.

Hope this helps.
