Hello

Thanks for writing to H.C.M. for your query.

I have gone through your query regarding BPPV and recently developed cold cough and relapse of shaky feelings.

Since you have to marry after 5 weeks and at present you may take-

(a) Antibiotic- Amoxicillin (625 mg) three times a day.

(b) Anti allergic and decongestants.

(c) Steam inhalation.

(d) Anti vertgerous drugs- Cinnargine (25 mg) three times a day.

(e) Rehabilitation exwrcises.

It will be better to consult an ENT doctor for through examination and to follow up.

Regards.
