Hello,
Mild rash and fever can take place at the start of anti tuberculosis treatment and can be caused by various drugs like rifampicin,Isonex and PYRIZINAMIDE.
Fever can also be caused by other reasons also.
If the rash and itching is mild, then there is no need to stop the treatment and it should be continued.
Treatment is stopped if there is yellow eyes, confusion or severe vomiting or pain abdomen
In present circumstances, there is no need to stop the treatment.
As far as treatment for tuberculosis is concerned, there are various types of 1st,2nd and 3rd line medicines are available but generally the treament for tuberculosis is done by 1st line of drugs ,which you are already getting.
Other drugs are started if there is adverse reaction to first line of drugs.
Thanks
