Diagnosed Eczema. No Improvement With Medication. How To Cure?

hi i have been having really itchy skin, i went to the doctors and the doc said its eczema and gave me e45. that didnt help so he gave me antibacterial moisturiser and anti histamines. ive been on them for a month and nothing. im getting really big bumps/spots that i scratch intill the bleed im getting them everywhere and no i got 2 on my penis . what could this be?

Hello dear eczema is a very chronic condition. It will improve with medication. You need to apply a strong steroid initially and later a mild steroid for longer period.
