Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I am sorry to hear that.
The life expectancy in a stage 4 colon cancer patient can be quite variable. It depends on the aggressiveness of the tumor and the psychological status of the patient.
All what you can do is be around her for providing support. Make her feel that she is not going through this alone. Besides, encourage her to eat more.

Regards
Dr Ahmad
