Hi Dear Thanks for question on HCM,you have been diagnosed as anal fissure, and prescribed medicine listed in your question, looking at he medicine i didn't find any thing wrong in medicine, except for tab syndal, which also contain codine, which cause constipation ,and you have to avoid constipation in this disease, and if you don't have much pain ,you can avoid this medicine,or use some mild form of pain killer like paracetamol important thing for healing of anal fissure is you have to avoid straining on stool ,that will only occur if you avoid constipation,The fissure can heal without surgery.but if it didn't surgery is required, then a small procedure called as symphterotomy is done or smaller than that and old form called as EFD is done ,how much surgery cast depends upon, place to place ,and in same place from ,hospital to Hospital.since you have not mentioned your place of residence ,so average expenditure cannot be calculated ,however in my city that is srinagar ,it will cast some thing between 7000, to ten thousands,Hope i dresses your query, for any further verification ,your welcome to healthcare magic

Hi.. Surgery is the final treatment for the anal fissure..
you must be clinically examined and assessed for surgery..
you need to take excess of fiber foods like vegetables,
banana, chapati.etc. to soften the stools...

Take care..
