Diabetic With Pump Insulin, Foot Surgery, Stents In Heart, MRI Showed Small Vessels. Any Treatment?

I am a diabetic with pump insuslin. For the past 2 years, I've been doing things that might indicate something wrong with my brain. Also, had several surgeries on my foot. Stents (7) in my heart. I had a MRI and showed up some small vessels. Could this be the problem I'm having with my forgetfullness and I tremble 1-2 times a day.
