Hello, Although a diabetic can bleed from nose if he having high blood pressure or if he is using some blood thinner like aspirin or warfarin,but other wise the most common causes for bleeding from nose are.. Drying of mucosal membranes of nose specially in hot weather like it is present in your city Nose picking Excessive use of decongestant nasal sprays. You may apply some ointment inside nose like NEOSPRIN ointment and get your blood pressure checked. Take the medicine for blood pressure if it is high. Most likely the cause should be drying of nasal mucus membranes which shall be all right with applying the ointment. Don t pick the nose. Use saline nasal spray instead of decongestant nasal spray,if you are using it. Thanks
