Diabetic. Having Headache, Stomach Ache Along With Nausea. Any Treatment And Cure?

My mother is 75 with Diabetes and COPD . She has had a severe headache for 6 weeks and an upset stomache/ nausea along with it. She is dehydrated and having trouble drinking since she feels so ill. Her head CT and MRI are clear. She has had lung cancer in her left lung in 1995 and had a bronchoscopy fri am for a mass in her right lung. she is being treated for a sinus infection even though they are unsure if she has one. She was also prescribed Imitrex for the headache with no relief. Help.

vbaile diabetic dehydration with infection and symptoms like acute abdomen better check her urine for ketone bodies . she may be going for keto acidosis . hope she is not a migraine patient and her bp is normal . keep in touch
