Hello,
Diabetes is called a silent killer because many times it doesn't cause any symptoms and person lives in false sense of security and happiness,as it is happening in you.
You just can't realise that how much damage has occurred to you in past years because of uncontrolled high levels of glucose.
Uncontrolled diabetes leads to damages of all most all organs of body like heart, kidney, eyes, nerves, blood vessels etc.
Once a complication arises in you, there won't be any looking back then.
It would be too late for you, then.
Ther are plenty of good anti diabetic medicines available now which can control your diabetes very smoothly and easily.
You must consult a diabetologist or a internal medicine specialist and get yourself investigated and treated thoroughly.
Along with medications take proper dietary restrictions and do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
Along with blood sugar levels,it is very necessary to keep your blood pressure and lipid profile in tight control.
I hope it helps
Thanks
