Diabetic. Dizziness, Tiredness, Chest Heaviness, Breathing Difficulty, Headaches, Giddiness, Slurred Speech. Reason?

i have diabetes and wondering if what i am feeling is having to do with that or something else? i have been dizzy, very tired, hard to walk around because so dizzy and falling over and seems like i cant focus that well. my chest is heavy and hard to breathe lately and when i use inhaler it doesnt help. been having alot of headaches and when i have been laying down at night lately...i get this tingly feeling on left arm and the arm gets tight and start feeling weird and the room spins and lately having a hard time to get words out and forgetting everything

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
You may have hypoglycemia/ cardiac involvement in form of heart failure/ neuropathy.
You should go for ECG, 2 D echo, ECG, Blood sugar, renal function test, serum electrolytes.
You should take consultation with physician and ENT surgeon
