Hello,

In a diabetic memory loss due to cerebral atrophy cause by involvement of small blood vessels in the brain.
coronary artery block is not the cause of memory loss but a sign that there may be block in the blood vessels to the brain which may be the cause.
I would advice my patient to take an MR I of the brain and get evaluated by a neurologist.
