Diabetic. Change Of Medicine From Gluconorm G4 To Gluconorm G2. Blood Sugar Of 156. Treatment?

I am 63 years Male, Ht 172cm, Wt 66 Kg, working as Chief Administrative Officer for a group of educational institutions. I am a vegetarian. I have been a diabetic since 23 years. My food intake is comparatively less. For the last 2 years, I am taking Gluconorm G4 Forte twice daily and earlier 3 years Gluconorm G2 Forte. My recent PP Blood sugar is 156. Kindly advise me the treatment.

Hello,
PP sugar levels of 156 are all right and do keep taking the medications,you. Are already taking.
Make sure that you are doing regular aerobic exercises for 35-45 minutes a day.
Also make sure that you keep your blood pressure below 120/80 and your lipid profile in absolute normal range.
Goal for your LDL cholesterol should be below 80 and triglycerides to be below 150.
