Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Your main question is pain during walking, in my opinion pain is due to exertion ( over ), keep it up regular .
You stated that you are walking 30 -40 minutes . In my opinion walk very fast only for 10 minutes , than 30 -40 minutes slow speed.
After one month very fast 20 minutes than slow 20 minutes.
After 2 months of this fast speed 30 minutes than 10 .
You will feel relaxed ,once your muscles will be adjusted for fast walking.
No pain killer in any condition.
Once your sugar level and B P will be in right position , than you can reduce your dosage after consultation with your treating doctor.
Good luck. Dr. HET
