Diabetes, Severe Pain In Groin Area, Gurgling Sensation At The Site Of Pain. Cause And Remedy?
I am 35 and a diabetic. I have had this pain in the past and have had similar pains with female cysts that burst on their own. I am having severe pain in the right groin area and it is getting worse. It seems to leave me alone until later in the evening. It has kept me awake for several nights. Now I feel a gurgling sensation that began last night which is happening everywhere I have felt the pain.
Hi, Thanks for posting your query. Do you have fever/ constipation/ diarrhea/ spasmodic abdominal pain? Do you have menstrual abnormality? With the available described symptoms, there could be possibility of appendicitis/ right ovarian cyst hemorrhage/ intestinal obstruction caused by ileo-ceacal pathology. You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist/ and should go for thorough check up. You should go for complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, ultrasound imaging, and serum electrolytes, renal function test and x rat abdomen. You should take antispasmodics, probiotics, antipyretics, if needed. Take soft diet along with yogurt and banana. Avoid milk and all milk related products. Take care, Dr. Mayank Bhargava
