Diabetes, High BP, Uric Acid, Kidney Stones. Taking Medication. Diet Recommendations?

I am suffering from diabeties, High BP , Cholestrol, Triglycerides and uric acid problem. For Uric acid I am taking Zyloric medicine once in the night and then it remains under check. I am also taking medicines for other ailments. I am also having kidney stone problem but on 3 occasions they have passed through urine . Since I have multiple problems so I would like to know about the diet I should take during the day.

Hi. As you must be knowing a diet which is rich in glucose/ starch/ sugar and salt is a strict no no for you. Apart from this you should avoid red meat, sea food, high protein rich food like excess of dal, and carbonated drinks. Alcohol intake needs to be avoided. Take plenty of fluids and dairy products. Fruits which can be taken include apple, papaya, and guavas for diabetics. Avoid high salt containing snacks, chips, pickle, etc. So you can now decide on a diet plan for yourself after considering the food substance and your restrictions.Hope I have answered your query.
