Diabetes, high BP, routine test showed elevated urea level, creatinine, no swelling. What should be done?

sir my father is having diebeties from the last 15 yrs .n now he is 65 yrs old,he is also a high blood pressure patient.few days before we had a check up and his urea level increases upto 166 and critinine was about 7.6,but he didnt have any symptoms like swelling ,vommiting etc.he hasnt take any insulin till nw,n we dont want any dailysis to b done,nw u guide us wat to do

Thanks for query.
It seems that due to having long term diabetes and high blood pressure kidneys are affected resulting diabetic nephropathy.
Consult Newphrologist and follow according to his advice and medicine.
