Development Of White Patches On The Hand When Wet. What Is The Cause?

I noticed for the past week or so that my left hand when wet either during showeingr, washing dishes or just simply washing my hands white patches develop. Sort of like when u have a bandaid on a finger and you forget to take it off when showering and when you remove it part of the finger that was bandage is white. Im getting that simply from just washing my hands. I would like to know what could be causing this.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Thanks for choosing HCM,
You should not get worried, it is a normal phenomenon ,but in few people it is exagerrated response .this is also true that below your fingerbands it is white because no sunlight comes below it so area is not tanned for longer time period.
Bye for now.
