General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
Thank you for the query. Most common caused of this are varicocele, hydrocele or hernias. Less common are tumors and testicle infections. If this persist you should do ultrasound to see is this tender or liquid. After, this it can be surgically managed or by certain medicines. If this is painful and red it can be sign of inflammation and antibiotic treatment is obligatory. Wish you good health.
