Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there.

Since when are you experiencing these problems ?

Have you noticed recent change in weight, appetite, sleep, energy levels ?

It appears you may be having a constellation of symptoms which could reflect certain disorders like Depression and Mania. Both can exist as Bipolar disorder. A milder form could be called Hypomanic depressive illness. Since some days your mind races with thoughts, less sleep, lack of tiredness it goes in favour of manic illness. Other times you feel depressed and lose your cool easily with less patience. If you have noticed changes in appetite, weight, energy levels, sleep pattern it could be indicative of above mentioned diseases.

Do consume a balanced diet, plenty of water, avoid junk food, reduce stress by Yoga, exercise.

Do consult a leading Psychiatrist to help you tide over these problems with proper diagnosis and treatment and proper counselling as well.

I hope I have answered your query.
