Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam

It is very troublesome to bear symptoms for such long duration. There is no information about what kind of depression/ anxiety you are suffering from, in other word what was the diagnosis.
If diagnosis was accurate and adequate dose of medications were tried than you may be having treatment resistant status which really require detailed evaluation and combination of medications and psychological treatment. If such possibility is there than you should consult psychiatrist as this condition require close monitoring and frequent visit since symptoms becomes quite disabling.Condition also warrants factors resulting into such refractory status.
