Dent In Knee Due To Injury. Discomfort In Knee, No Pain. Is This Normal?

Hey i fell over whilst running up some stairs and hit my knee pretty hard it only hurt for a hour or so but now a week later I've noticed I've got a dent in my knee were i fell over it dosent hurt but if you put your finger there you can feel the knee on both side of the dent and it vibrates a lot and feels like its moving. Just wondering if this is normal or need to go get it looked at.

Thanks for consulting
As per your description is seems sort of soft tissue injury. But you should go for X rays and then confirm about condition of bone.
If required show it to an Orthopedic Surgeon
