Delievered Baby Now, Fresh Blood Coming Out In Poo, No Piles. Do I Need To Seek Medical Help?

I had a baby 13 weeks ago, last night when I went to the toilet for a poo I had fresh blood and it hurt a little I'm not constipated and there is nothing visible I.e piles the same thing has happened again tonight fresh blood when I go to the toilet wipe myself it's a lot and in the toilet it's very visible do I need to seek medical help?

hi..
you are having bleeding per rectum..
this could be due to haemorrhiods/piles..
it is common during pregnancy/during lactational period..
see your surgeon for the diagnosis and management..
local hemostatic drugs may be adviced, along with that diet management is necessary..
