Delayed periods, whitish brown spotting on doing physical activity. Causes?

hi, i am 24 years old.i have my periods in every month regulerly.but suddenly this month it did not happening.i just fond a lilttle spot blooding and after that it totaly previous month period date was 24ht and every moonth my period started atleast 2/3 days before.but this month 24th date crossed but it not started yet.just a white brownish fluid came very liltle and after that it stopped.for this i get realy scared and i do some work out means i do skipping so when i did this the white brownish fluid again came out but after that it again stopped.i want to know what happend with me?should i do any test?

Thanks for query,
If you have involvement in sex then you need pregnancy test other wise considered it as a delayed period.
This happens due to hormonal imbalance.
So nothing to worry.
