Delayed periods, not pregnant. Blood test done, ultrasound shows cyst in right ovary. Treatment?

Hi, I went to the Dr today for blood test because my period is 150 days late and I m not pregnant. Well my WBC was 16, my MCH was 32, my RDW was 15.3 and my GRAN# was 10.4. He wants me to come back tomorrow for more test, he also did a pelvic ultrasound and I have a cyst on my right ovary. What could possibly be wrong? Thanks
