Delayed Periods, Nausea, Back Pain. Negative Pregnancy Test. Am I Pregnant?

My period is 6 days late - This NEVER happens. I took a Home Pregnancy test when I was 3 days late - It was negative, but I still don t have my period ...Could I be Pregnant ? I feel like I could throw up at anytime. I have a bot of back pain and I dont have any of my regular period symptoms.. I getting worried ... HELP

Delayed periods can occur for a number of different reasons though pregnancy is the most common cause.
The other causes would be stress (physical, emotional stress), inadequate diet, excess physical activity, abnormal level of certain hormones such as thyroid hormone or prolactin, polycystic ovarian syndrome.

You can consider repeating the pregnancy test, it is suppose to detect HCG in the urine and some tests cannot detect low levels of the hormone.
