Delayed periods, nausea and burning sensation on the pelvis. Have high cholesterol and low iron levels. Not pregnant

Hi I am 31 years old, and I am about two weeks late on my period. I have been felling for the last three days nausea and have been tired. I have a this weird like burning sensation on my left side of my pelvis . I feel it mostly at bedtime. I have took a test and came out negative. I recently had physical and everything came out normal except I was low on my iron and have high cholesterol can that be the reason i missed my period?

Thanks for query,
You have a delayed period due to hormonal imbalance. This occurs due to tension ,Anxiety,Late hours of working,Shift duty or any pathology of ovary.
Your symptoms of nausea & tiredness may be due to your delayed period.
Your low iron level also needs treatment as this is also one of the reason for your tiredness.
You should avoid eating high cholesterol diet like oil fat junk food etc.If needed ask your doctor for cholesterol lowering medicine.
