Hi, the symptoms you are having are suggestive of ectopic pregnancy despite the fact that the pregnancy test is negative. This could be possible because with ectopic pregnancy, pregnancy test might not rapidly becomes positive as in normal pregnancy. If I were your treating doctor I would ask for a pelvic ultrasound and plasma levels of B-HCG. In my opinion, you need to consult a doctor for proper evaluation
I hope I have answered your query
Wish you good health
