I had a period on july 15th and then I had very light pink spotting to where I only need a pantyliner on the 8th of august now my breast and nipples have been sore and I get nauseous off and on and I have been very tired and drained also have been having headaches. can I be pregnant... I took a home pregnancy test like 3 days after I stopped spotting but it came out negative

A negative urine pregnancy test 3 days after you stopped spotting can be false negative. I suggest that you repeat the pregnancy test a week after the previous one as the symptoms suggested by you can be due to early pregnancy.
