Delayed Periods, Headaches, Sharp Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Tiredness. Negative Pregnancy Test. Causes?

hi, my period is a week and a half late.....i took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it came up negative. I have headaches every other day, i been having these little sharp pains in my side, and i stay constipated. I m tired all the time so all i wanna do is sleep. I don t feel any nausea/vomitting and my breasts are not sore or tender to the touch.

Thanks for the query.
Usually urine pregnancy test kit can give accurate result after one week of missed period.
So the chances of pregnancy are some what less in your case.
Just by symptoms we cannot confirm or exclude the pregnancy.
So you go for either blood test for pregnancy or ultrasound to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
If the test comes negative, you consult gynecologist and take tablets for withdrawal bleeding along with symptomatic treatment.
