Delayed periods, cramps, fluttering in stomach, nausea. Negative pregnancy tests. Causes for symptoms?

i am around 24 days late for my period, i did a test when i was about 5 days late then another a week after that and both were negative, i get slight cramping, butterfly feeling in my belly, and when i get hungry and dont eat i start to feel sick, also feeling sick at night when i go to bed... im just not sure as to were to go from here... my next cycle will start again next week if it comes....

HI thanks for your question.
Your's are two pregnancy tests are negative but your having symptoms suggestive of pregnancy.
Pregnancy test usually comes positive after 10 days after missed period .
Repeat pregnancy test after 10 days of missed period,if it still comes negative.then surely your not pregnant
The other cause of your symptoms could be gastritis (inflammation of stomach).Gastritis could be to increased acid production secondary to bacterail infection by H Pylori.spicy food and drugs.
I would suggest you to consult a physician who will evaulvate you for cause of these symptoms.
