Delayed Periods, Brown Bleeding. Was On Paraguard IUD. History Of Miscarriage. Causes For Symptoms?

Hello, I have had the Paraguard IUD for 4 years, and I am 3 weeks late for my period. I have 2 children and miscarried twice. I haven t taken a pregnancy test and have had zero signs and symptoms of pregnancy. I do not smoke , and I have never had intercourse with anyone other than my husband. Three days ago, I experienced dark brownish/ black menses and have had discomfort in the outer vaginal area. Can you help me diagnose?

Hi
some times pregnancy can occur even with paraguard so get one urine for pregnancy test.If it comes positive then get one USG for uterus and adnexa.Or it can just be a delayed periods.Discomfort in outer vaginal area can be due to some infection.
