Hi, welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das
From your history, it is obvious that there is some hormonal dis balance.
Now, headaches, low energy level all indicates to presence of hypothyroidism.
And in hypothyroidism, the menstrual cycle also get abnormal and it becomes irregular, heavy, and painful.
May be there is presence of Polycystic ovarian syndrome which will leads to these types of symptoms.
So, what you will do
1. consult with a gynaecologist for progesterone group of drugs to start menstruation forcefully.
2. Test the Thyroid profile including T3,T4,TSH.
3. Do a whole abdomen ultrasound scan.

Review with the reports.
